These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cathyqirealtor.com (the "Site") operated by Cathy Qi, a licensed REALTOR® with RE/MAX Masters Realty (DRE #02004654). By accessing or using the Site or contacting us through any form, email, phone, or text, you agree to these Terms.

1. No Brokerage Relationship Until Signed Agreement

Submitting a contact form, requesting information, or communicating with Cathy Qi does not by itself create an agency or brokerage relationship. A formal agency relationship is created only when you sign a written representation agreement (such as a Buyer Representation Agreement or Listing Agreement) with Cathy Qi and RE/MAX Masters Realty.

2. Information Is Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Content on the Site — including market reports, neighborhood pages, mortgage calculators, property valuations, and articles — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified attorney, CPA, or financial advisor before making real estate decisions.

3. Property Listings and IDX Data

Property listings shown on the Site are provided through third-party IDX (Internet Data Exchange) feeds (including iHomefinder) and the California Regional Multiple Listing Service. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed accurate. Listings may be sold, pending, withdrawn, or change in price without notice. Always verify current status, square footage, school assignments, HOA fees, and other material facts directly with Cathy Qi or the listing brokerage before relying on them.

4. Mortgage Calculators and Estimates

Any mortgage payment, affordability, or property valuation tools on the Site produce estimates only. Actual loan terms, interest rates, taxes, insurance, and home values depend on factors specific to your situation and require a formal application or appraisal.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in to SMS communications, the following terms apply:

• Message frequency varies based on your activity and inquiries
• Message and data rates may apply, charged by your wireless carrier
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for assistance
• Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most US carriers
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• Consent to SMS is not required to purchase, sell, or list any property

8. Intellectual Property

Site content, design, photographs, logos, and the REALTOR® and RE/MAX trademarks are owned by their respective holders. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by the IDX feed terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cathy Qi and RE/MAX Masters Realty disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
